The Highline Hotel captures the quintessence of timeless charm, staying true to its heritage with modern touches in the heart of Chelsea.

Inspired by the building’s Gothic Revival architecture and its roots as a theological seminary, our branding reflects the hotel’s storied past and sophisticated clientele today. We designed a distinctive monogram that lives at the core of the brand, fusing the iconic name into one refined mark. The black and white, understated color palette accentuates the hotel’s exclusivity, while photography and embossed paper treatments pay homage to the neighborhood’s artistic legacy. Together, these elements craft a visual story that feels both historic and contemporary from stationery to signage.
